After a decade of creating healthy and fun ready-to-eat, gluten-free lunches for my daughter to bring to school, camp, the beach, a friend’s house, on road trips, or anywhere else our busy family traveled, I decided to make these allergen-friendly lunches accessible to everyone, anywhere! Nunches are always gluten free and always call out allergens so they’re safe, convenient and ready when you need them! Finally,caregivers can take a break from packing allergen-friendly lunches! It’s all in the box - Just grab and go!

Hi friends! After many years as an educator in both high school and college, I decided to take a sabbatical to fulfill my dream of attending culinary school at The French Culinary Institute in Manhattan in 2006.I worked at some of the best and busiest bakeries in NYC, and ultimately worked my way up to a bakery manager position at the Fountainbleu Hotel in Miami, FL. Baking was my passion and I enjoyed every moment! That’s when life really got interesting.
My first child was born in 2010 and soon after it was discovered she had Celiac Disease which caused me to pivot from the flour-filled bakeries back into education. But in 2023, after a decade of making my daughter Gluten Free lunches, I decided to merge my two passions, food and family, and that’s when Nunches was born.
